Richard A. “Dick” Klein began his career with the opening of his accounting office in 1969. There have been numerous businesses under the Klein umbrella since then. Now, after years of successful business activity, the companies of the Klein family are being developed as mature enterprises all with the common goal of helping its customers to make some sense of the markets and business climates prevelant in todays world. Real Estate Development has become one of the integral operations of the family. Construction projects undertaken have run from several thousand Dollars to over 3 million dollars. In 1986 Mr Klein formed a limited partnership and purchased the Deaconess Hospital in Bozeman Montana succesffully remodeling it into a residential housing complex which he operated for sixteen years. It was sold in 2007 and the original partners received a 480% return over the holding period. More importantly, real estate development became an integral part of the company. The most recent project was completed in Arizona and was 2.7 million dollars. There are presently several projects in the “hopper” for the Billings area in various points of completion.
